The Bloc was established in the GS Year 532. A multi-specie military and economic alliance between the Koolak, Humans, Lieshe and Jeng. The Jeng initially joined as an associate member, graduating to full membership in GS Year 542. The border between the Ordartion Empire and Valsoo space is under dispute in an inter-species war.
